Terms And Conditions
1. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine
caused for duration of the rental by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
2. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
3. Hodei Transportation reserve the right to upgrade passengers to SUV’s.
4. Transfers additional stop will be charge stop charge plus $4.00-$5.00 a mile.
5. Car Seat – Hodei Transportation supplied car seat will have $15 surcharge.
6, It is Illegal to stand during moving.
7. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines.
8. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
9. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
10. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
11. Delay Over 15 minutes will Be compensate for up to 10% of the ride.
12. Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 10% of the ride
13. Cancellations require at least a (4) hour notice (airport rides). There is a 96 hours cancellation notice required for hourly reservations.
14. late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the minimum applicable rate.
15 Our maximum Liability will not exceed fare paid
16. On Hourly service -There is an $100.00 NON refundable Deposit (airport sedan are exempt) $200.00 on Proms and special events.
17. In the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and we only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
18. Tips are optional. 20% Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel , 25% will be added on Barter or Promo Sales
